Dust off your instrument and jam with the Haywood Community Band
If you have fond memories of playing in your school’s band and want to tune back in to refresh your skills, the growing Haywood Community Band has an opportunity for you.
Each Thursday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Long’s Chapel Church, an extension of the community band called Take Two meets to play music together. The group is focused on rediscovering the joy of making music in a relaxed and supportive environment. There’s no pressure and no cost — just encouragement, growth and fun.
